How to Request an
Assignment...

Determine type of mission project
desired and complete the group information form. Assignments are
based upon your requests.

Receive assignment.
Once we receive the information form and deposit, our staff will
call to discuss potential assignments.

You begin to
communicate with your mission contact to work out details. If you
encounter a problem, contact our office immediately.
If necessary, we can reassign.

Plan a pre-project
visit if possible.

mail with your deposit to HOM.
